Elevating customer experience and satisfaction with new chatbot
In an effort to strengthen its level of customer service and continue to engage their travel agents during this pandemic, Sabre Travel Network Taiwan launched its new chatbot “Hi Sarah” on messenger app LINE.
Powered by artificial intelligence, “Hi Sarah” provides travel agents with 24/7 real-time assistance anytime and anywhere. The robust chatbot with a comprehensive Q&A database generated by the Taiwan team was launched as an additional feature of their existing LINE service in August, with the aim to elevate customer experience and ensure its competitiveness in the market.
Sabre Travel Network Taiwan’s efforts in promoting the chatbot and boosting its visibility in the market have seen promising results so far, with an average of over 8000 active users and 4000 chat sessions each month.
Travel agents who prefer to speak to a person will still have the option to use the live customer service where they’ll be connected to support experts who can offer them dedicated assistance.
